Even though my car has guarantee, they charged more from me for heating repair. Also One of the receptionist behaved rudely when I asked for my documents back which i provided to them.

Wirklich einmal eine tolle Erfahrung! Sehr freundliche und kompetente Serviceannahme, inkl. Direktannahme auf der Hebebühne, Zeitvorgabe eingehalten, alle Mitarbeiter superfreundlich und hilfreich. War zwar auf Grund eines Werkstatttests dort, kann mir aber sehr gut vorstellen das dies jetzt das Autohaus meines Vertrauens wird. Besonderes Lob an Herrn Lars Fitzke, das war toll!
